Operation Troop Trunk 2011 begins May 1, 2011. Donation boxes will be available at most of our agents' offices until June 1, 2011. Last year, we collected over 2,043 lbs. of care package items to send to service men and women overseas. If you would like to contribute to our drive, please contact Kelly Shaneybrook. We accept donations at our office year-round. Help us reach our goal for 2011 of 2,300 lbs.

About Operation Troop Trunk

In October 2007, WAIC launched "Operation Troop Trunk" by sending care packages to service men and women serving overseas. In 2009, we collected 1,276 lbs. of care package items to send. In 2010, we surpassed our goal of 2,000 lbs. with a total of 2,043 lbs. of toiletries, snacks, and other fun items donated with the help of our agents, industry partners and local businesses. The 23 soldiers that we helped were from all over the United States!
